What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item ahead of its next restock. All pre-orders are held to the same shipping and return standards as every Honor The House order.

Timeline

Processing takes 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Should any changes arise, you will be notified promptly via email.

Mixed Orders

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once all pieces are available. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them as a separate order.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, it ships in full accordance with our standard shipping policy. A tracking number will be issued at the time of dispatch. Pre-orders carry no impact on delivery speed — transit times remain the same once your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

Pre-orders are eligible for return under our standard Return Policy. Refunds are processed accordingly, with the exception of shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
