14-Day Return window

We accept return, refund, or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 14 days are not accepted. 

USA, Puerto Rico & Territories will receive a pre-paid shipping label.

We currently do not accept International Returns at this time. Please contact returns@honorthehouse.com for further assistance.

Eligibility Requirements

APPAREL (CLOTHING)

Returns are not accepted for underwear & swimwear for hygeneice reasons. If there is a sizing issue, please contact returns@honorthehouse.com.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, apparel items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

Free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

In original condition with all original tags attached

Returned in original packaging where possible

Returns that arrive worn, washed, altered, damaged, or missing tags will be denied.

BEAUTY

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics/beauty items must be:

Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Shrink wrap/seals intact (if applicable)

Opened items cannot be returned.

LEATHER & ACCESSORIES

Must be in original packaging and have tags attached

LIMITED EDITION & COLLABS

All sales are final for these products


HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery (include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return).  

2. Once reviewed, we’ll email you return instructions.

Return shipping

USA, Puerto Rico & Territories will receive a pre-paid USPS shipping label via email 

Please pack items securely. Returns that arrive damaged may be denied.  


REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.  

If your return is not approved (e.g., worn apparel, opened cosmetics, missing tags, or damage not caused by shipping), we’ll notify you.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery and the item must meet eligibility requirements.  

Replacement items ship within 5–7 business days after approval (subject to availability).  

If the item is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value or request a refund.  

Beauty items are not eligible for exchanges unless we confirm the item arrived defective/damaged or the wrong item was sent.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with you on the best resolution (replacement or refund) after review.
