Swimwear and Intimates

All swimwear and intimate apparel items are final sale. Due to hygiene considerations, these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Limited Edition Collections

All limited edition collection items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Beauty Products

• Items returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened with original shrink wrap and seal intact, are eligible for a full refund.
• Items returned between 15 and 30 days of delivery, unopened with original shrink wrap and seal intact, are eligible for store credit only.
• Items returned after 30 days, or items that have been opened or show a broken seal, are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

Fashion and Leather Goods

• Items returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached, are eligible for a full refund.
• Items returned between 15 and 30 days of delivery, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached, are eligible for store credit only.
• Items returned after 30 days, or items that have been used, worn, or altered from original packaging, are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

Return Shipping

• Domestic (U.S.) customers: Honor The House assumes the cost of return shipping. Customers will not be charged for return delivery.
• International customers: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping label and cost. Tracking information must be provided to Honor The House once the item has been shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Items received damaged or incorrect are eligible for resolution regardless of category, including swimwear, intimates, and opened beauty products. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs. Upon verification, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Initiating a Return

To begin a return, please email returns@honorthehouse.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility. Domestic customers will receive a prepaid shipping label. International customers should proceed with their own carrier and share tracking details once shipped.
