Domestic Shipping (United States)

Honor The House offers complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders exceeding $150, including shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other locations outside the contiguous 48 states.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We are pleased to accommodate shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Orders below the $150 threshold will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Processing Time & Holidays

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. During major U.S. holidays (including but not limited to New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), processing times may be extended due to high order volume and carrier closures. We recommend placing orders in advance during peak holiday seasons to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Times

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days from the date of shipment, though transit times may vary based on destination and USPS service conditions.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

International Shipping

Honor The House ships to over 60 countries worldwide. We offer two international shipping options:

• International Economy — Delivery can take up to 4 weeks.
• International Express — Shipped via UPS, with delivery typically occurring within 1–3 business days of shipment.

International shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and shipping method selected, and are displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs processing, which can affect delivery times beyond our stated shipping window. Honor The House isn’t responsible for delays caused by customs.

Restrictions

Certain cosmetic products may be subject to import restrictions in specific countries due to local regulations. If a product cannot be shipped to your destination, we will notify you prior to fulfillment.

International Tracking

International customers will receive tracking details via confirmation email once their order has shipped. Please note that some international tracking numbers may show limited updates once the package leaves the U.S. and enters the destination country’s postal or customs system.
