PRE-ORDER POLICY

What is a Pre-Order?

You reserve the item before re-stock. Pre-orders follow the same shipping & return rules as normal orders.

Timeline

• Estimated processing: 4–6 weeks (or as listed on the product page)
• If delays happen, we notify you by email

Mixed Orders

• If your cart has pre-order + in-stock items, they ship together
• We recommend ordering all in-stock orders separately

Shipping

• Once ready, items ship under our normal shipping policy
• You’ll get a tracking number when your order ships
• Delivery time after dispatch is normal. Pre-orders do not slow shipping

Returns & Refunds

• Returns allowed under the same rules as regular orders
• Refunds follow our normal Refund Policy (shipping fees not refunded)
